The KMI Apprenticeship Program Custom Shop provides a continuing pathway for young adults who have found it difficult to secure meaningful employment and are looking for additional training to achieve a viable career. The program acts as a stepping stone where Apprentices can improve their vocational skills and learn how to use state-of-the-art machinery (laser engraver, CNC router, etc) while learning job readiness and life skills that can help lead them toward success.
